As our church grows, Church Administration increases its importance as part of our church office and ministries! In order to bring excellence to ministry; be it a church, community organization or Christian business, it must first begin in the front office. A staff that is supportive, knowledgeable, skilled and in harmony is necessary, if not paramount, to the well-being of OCC's mission. 

The front office staff and their volunteers are the first faces you will see, and bring organization and creativity to the front office. Here at OCC, we have 4 full time staff members in our front office, each having a completely different set of areas and ministries to cover, and a different group of ministers and directors to assist. They work in harmony with each other to bring cohesiveness to our church administration, both in planning and implementaion.

Jenny Krukar is Administrative Assistant for Bill Geiger, Senior Minister, Jonathan Colbert, Worship Minister, and Harold Mahan, Production Director. Her main responsibilities include weekly statistics, daily hospital list, and preparing the visuals for Wednesday night and Sunday morning services, including graphics, animations, song lyrics and sermon notes that you see on the large screens in the auditorium. She also provides the music folios for the worship teams and choir. Jenny has been a member of OCC for 10 years, and on staff for over 3 years.

Janet Teensma is in charge of OCC publications. She creates the Sunday worship bulletin, ministry brochures, OCC Family Directory, flyers, booklets, newsletters, updates our security records, emails the Online Update, and updates our website. Janet has been a member of OCC for 4 ½ years, and on staff for over 3 years.

Barbara LaRue is Administrative Assistant for Susan Ehret , Early Childhood Director, Pam LaRocco , Children's Director, and Elaine Duncan , Business Administrator. She provides the presentations for the large screen in Kids Celebrate, and prepares the teachers' curriculum books. Barbara has been a member for 4 years, and on staff for over 2 years.

Gale Etherton is Administrative Assistant for Jon Maynard, Student Minister, Aaron Brockett, Outreach Minister and John Parkey, Discipleship Minister. She also maintains our church membership roles, and calendar/facility scheduling. Gale has been a member for 5 years, and joined our staff this summer.
