Preschool
Ministry
by Diana Chelf
Have you ever seen a picture of Jesus
smiling? His smiles are usually the result of His interaction
with children. Just think, the love, joy, and faith of children
bring smiles to the Creator’s face.
Jesus loves the little children! But how will they know that Jesus
loves them unless someone tells them? Children need to hear God’s
Word in an appealing way that they can understand. We must seize
the opportunity and then rest in God’s promise that His
Word will not return void.
Jesus’ little ones need you! If you have a heart and love
for His children, the preschool ministry has a place for you.
We currently need teachers and helpers and the children are waiting
for you.
The rewards are endless — their joy and excitement, their
squeals of delight, endless hugs and the knowledge that you made
a difference in a life. Teachers and helpers are being used by
God to mold young lives and to plant seeds that God will harvest
in His timing. Who knows you may help to shape the next Billy
Graham.
The children are not the only ones that need you. Their parents
do, too. By serving the children, you are allowing the parents
to hear God’s Word without the distraction of a preschooler.
You may be contributing to their knowledge of God’s saving
grace or their spiritual growth.
If you want to put smiles on Jesus’ face while enjoying
some smiles of your own, join us in the preschool ministry.
