The
Reason for the Season

The
W.E.E. Celebrate team is taking the first three Sundays in December
to act out the Story surrounding the Birth of Christ. Last Sunday
was our first part of the story. Lauren Webb was our storyteller.
Our cast of Megan McDonald, Cory Reed and Marcie Heavrin were
Mary and Joseph and the visiting angel. These students took our
Preschool children on a journey from the Angel speaking to Mary
of her pregnancy all the way to the stable where Jesus was born.
This Sunday, the Shepherds are joining in on the Good News of
Jesus' birth, and next Sunday the Wise Men will come to visit.
W.E.E. Celebrate has been very blessed to have several students
who have a heart for service and Pre-school children. Thank you
to these students and to their parents who encourage and support
their service. Thank you to the rest of the team . . . Large group
and Small group. Thanks to Denny Craft and Greg Ehret for the
construction of the Stable and Manger set, that allows us to bring
this wonderful story life.
Thank
you to the W.E.E. Educate & W.E.E. Rock teams for their tireless
dedication to the Pre-school ministry. Your constant creativity,
dedication to excellence and love for the children is greatly
appreciated.
Thanks
to the Little Lamb teams for their superior care of our babies.
Your commitment to the safety and health of the smallest of these
is appreciated beyond measure.
A
special “Thanks” to you parents who entrust your children into
our care each Sunday. We truly love your children and appreciate
the opportunity to take a small role in their developing faith.
