C.Y. & Patricia Kim’s Ministry

During the month of March, our Mission Prayer emphasis will be on C.Y. and Patricia Kim and their work with Christ Reaching Asia Mission (CRAM) in China and North Korea. Christianity is not welcome in these countries, but through their work with the underprivileged and children, C.Y. and Patricia have been able to take the love of Christ to the people. They have established a school for disabled children in China, and a Kindergarten and Medical Clinic in North Korea, where they are also building an orphanage. In addition, they minister with the underground churches that meet behind locked doors for fear of government reprisals, and they preach Christ at every opportunity. Everyday, their lives are at risk because they seek to spread the Good News of Jesus Christ.

Next week, you will receive the March Mission Prayer Card. Until then, we would ask that you pray, daily, for C.Y., Patricia and their co-workers at CRAM, and for the persecuted Christians in China and North Korea. The specific requests are:

March 1 C. Y. Kim as he recovers from back surgery.
March 2 Each phase of the Kims’ ministries in China and North Korea.
March 3 Each team member participating in the work of CRAM.
March 4 Safety and protection for the Kims and their co-workers in Communist Countries.
March 5 Discernment for the Kims and their co-workers in their ministries.
March 6 Funding for projects and workers in North Korea and China.
