Early Childhood
 Nurseries:
Sundays 9:00 a.m. and 10:45 a.m. services, and Wednesday 7:00
p.m., 1st floor of the Children's Center
The Nursery is a warm, loving environment where children are first
taught the love of Jesus Christ. In the crib and crawler nurseries,
children hear the sounds of Christian music, interact with loving
adults, and grow accustomed to the nursery setting. As children
enter the Toddler and Tots nurseries, they will experience Bible
stories, written especially for them, on their level. The Nurseries
are devoted to helping your child experience the love of Jesus
Christ and the joy at Okolona Christian Church.

Preschool:

Celebrate:
Sundays at 9:00 a.m. - 10:15 a.m., 1st floor of the Children's
Center
This is an exciting hour when preschool aged children come to
worship Jesus in ways that they can understand and enjoy. Their
morning is divided into 2 distinctive learning periods, "Large
Group Worship" and "Small Group Time". While in Large Group, our
children are transported to a town called Faithville. The people
of Faithville are devoted to raising up children of faith, and
they do so through dramas, puppet skits, praise and worship and
an interactive Bible story. In Small Group, they make crafts that
relate to the day's learning topic, play games oriented to the
day's story, have snacks, and make friends with their sponsor
and fellow students.
W.E.E. Educate:
Sundays at 10:45 a.m. - 12:00 p.m., 1st floor of the Children's
Center
Bible school hour is conducted in a loving, friendly, secure classroom
environment. Children learn Bible truths through interacting with
their teachers and fellow students in age appropriate learning
centers, group time, crafts, and through play.

Rock:
Wednesdays at 7-8:00 p.m., September-April, 1st floor of the
Children's Center
Wednesday nights are fun times to come and be with friends and
sponsors who love to be with you! After a hard day of daycare,
preschool, or rushed family life, children can come and learn
about Jesus in a friendly, secure, more relaxed environment.
Learning is accomplished
through "Hands-On" methods on Wednesday! We want our children
to experience the sights, sounds, feel, and smells of Bible Time
life. Youth coaches use interactive methods, drama, puppets, and
music to facilitate learning, while working to establish lifelong
friendships with their kids.
