Mission Statement:
The goal of the Women's ministry team is to encourage, support,
and provide an avenue for spiritual development for the women
of OCC to discover, develop, and use their God-given gifts which
will aid in growing a stronger church. The goals and purpose of
our ministry will be accomplished with consideration given to
the 5 strategies of OCC.
Spiritual Growth:
Bible Study:
The heart of our Women's ministry is our Bible Studies, because
the Bible is where we come to know the heart and mind of Christ.
Fellowship &
Special Events:
We offer a variety of Fellowship opportunities, and Special events
throughout the year.

Sterling
Service Tea Ministry |

Teacups
& Saucers - We are in need of lots of teacups
and matching saucers for the teas that are hosted by the
Women's Ministry (including the Sterling Teas, which are
held for women who have been touched by cancer). Please
do not spend more than $5 per set. You may bring them to
the Women's Info Desk on Sunday mornings or Wednesday evenings.

Tea & Traditions Cookbook - Now is
the time to gather your favorite appetizer and dessert recipes
and share them with others! Bring them to the Women's Info
Desk, and be sure to put your name on each recipe. We will
be needing lots of volunteers to type the recipes, and assemble
the books, once they are printed, so be thinking about how
you would like to help! |
