School Blitz

9:00 am – 12:00 pm
A spruced-up school could make a world of difference to the students. So, we are sending a team of volunteers to Blue Lick Elementary, TT Knight Middle School, and Southern High School to help beautify their campuses before school starts. We will be doing some simple landscaping at each school. Volunteers need to bring work gloves and are encouraged to bring along a rake, shovel, and pruning shears (both big and small).
All volunteers will meet at 8:30 am at OCC. Please bring any and all you may have: gloves, trucks, shovels, rakes, gardening tools, weed eaters, pruning shears, hedge clippers, push brooms, blowers, etc. Whatever you may have that can help with landscaping. Please don’t forget the sunscreen and water! (Some water will be provided.)
