This month we are starting a new theme and a new truth! In our theme So Much, preschoolers will learn the truth that “God Loves Me.” We will be learning about the story of the lost son in Luke 15. In this Bible story the father celebrated when his son came back home. The way the father loved his son reminds us of how God loves us. Sometimes we choose not to follow what God has told us to do. The Bible calls this sin, but even when we make wrong choices, that doesn’t change God’s love for us. When the son came back home, the father celebrated. When we love God and have a friendship with Him through His Son, Jesus, He celebrates too! God’s love never gives up. Just like the father in the parable, God’s love never gives up, and that is worth celebrating! As you go throughout your week, remind your preschoolers that God loves them so much! Remind them at breakfast, in the car, and before bed.

In No Limit, kids will learn the truth “I Am Loved.” This week we will look at the story of the lost son from Luke 15 and learn how God’s love never gives up. There is no limit to God’s love for us. Have fun with your kids this week testing different “limits.” How far can you go in your home and still hear each other? How long can you stare at each other without blinking? How many apples can you stack on top of each other? Every time you test limits, remind your kids that God’s love has no limit!
